I dont know why, but I love Chicken... I mean I could eat chicken so many different ways, that I could probably eat it everyday of the week and not get bored!
First off the recipe calls for a 4-5lb. chicken cut-up, however, I dont like dark meat, So I made it with 4 large breasts. I also didnt make the dumplings but instead used some Gnocchi that I had in the back of the cabinet and wasnt quite sure what to use it for... This recipe uses a LOT of paprika (go figure) and its a heavy smokey sauce... I liked it! I dont know if I need to make it again though... Or maybe my off-ness to it was the gnocchi...
